The valspeak is a variant of American English spoken in California.<\/p>\n

Let me rewrite that correctly:
\nThe valspeak is ya know, like, a variant of American English, fer shure, spoken in California.<\/em><\/p>\n

In 1986, someone asks on the net.sources newsgroup the source of a small software to make this kind of conversion.<\/p>\n

To celebrate the new year, I repackaged it.<\/p>\n

2022-01-23 update:<\/em> I’ve repackaged it again, this time using a Git repository instead of a Mercurial one. FreeBSD port currently not available.<\/p>\n
